Descending Order of the "Date Modified" Field in Downloads Folder
What does the Sola Support Team mean to sort the "date modified" field in the downloads folder in descending order? It simply means they want the latest downloaded file at the top of your list.
Here is how to accomplish this task:
1. Open Windows Explorer (manila file folder icon)
2. Click the Downloads folder on the left
3. Click the field "date modified" until it looks like the picture below
There will be a little arrow pointing down (right above the "e" in modified) see picture below:
Descending order is simply arranging things, i.e., dates, numbers, quantities, lengths, etc., from a larger value to lower value and is known as descending order. It is also known as the decreasing order. For example, Look at the numbers: We can arrange numbers in decreasing order of their value. Descending can also be thought of as climbing down the stairs of numbers starting from the highest value. Moving down, the slide is descending. The opposite of descending order is known as ascending order, in which the numbers are arranged from lowest to highest.
